means, this is the section for you. If you don’t find your answer here, get in
touch; there are no stupid questions.
Home

Gain better coverage throughout the farm or to your woolshed
Businesss

Why can’t I get Wi-Fi reception in my bedroom?
There could be several reasons for this, such as whether your bedroom is on a different storey of your house or a long way from your router. Wi-Fi signals lose power as they pass through walls getting weaker and weaker the more they go through. Adding a new Wi-Fi access point will give you a strong signal right where you need it.
Are you an Internet Provider (ISP)
No. We are not an ISP. We simply provide superior Wi-Fi equipment than the standard options you receive with your internet installation. With more powerful equipment, you’ll get faster downloading and streaming and less buffering and dead spots around your house.
How can you help me get my Wi-Fi sorted?
We use your existing internet connection and make it better by replacing routers or adding an access point. With newer, more powerful equipment, your Wi-Fi will be stronger over a longer distance offering faster downloads and a more consistent signal.
How much does it cost?
We offer a range of products to suit your needs. For example, our routers start at $115, and up to a high-speed gaming router at $430. Additional access points are priced from $148 to $626. Installation is an extra charge, but our technicians will do an onsite speed and range test and offer a free quote before proceeding. There are no contracts and no ongoing costs.
How can I book an appointment?
Call us, email or fill in the contact form. A technician will be in touch to arrange a time to visit.
Anything else you might want to know
We provide and install easy-to-use, low-cost products with a three-year warranty. We offer free onsite quotes with no hidden costs. We’re upfront about costs and won’t sell you gear you don’t need.
Stuff you don’t really need to know
But just in case you do want to know, here are some very basic descriptions of the words that get thrown around and baffle us
ISP – Internet Service Provider
That’s just who you pay to get your internet service. They provide your internet through cable, fibre, or even satellite.
Router
Ugh, it doesn’t give many clues, does it? The device sits somewhere in your house, connected to your modem. It receives your internet signal from the modem and distributes it to multiple devices around your house. It needs a login and a password to access it, so only people with the password can use it.
Modem
A modem connects the internet via cable, fibre or satellite with your unique IP address provided by your ISP. It allows you to connect to the internet. Just to make things a little more confusing, your router and modem often come as a combo item these days, so if you’re confused about whether you’re looking at a router or modem, it just might be both.
IP address
You don’t even need to know this, but IP stands for internet protocol. It’s a unique number assigned to your internet connection provided by your ISP. It’s a bit like a telephone number, so the internet knows who you are and sends the right information your way.
